As our team is growing and we want to further professionalise ourselves, we are looking for a Member of RSO Guest Relations Team (all genders) as soon as possible!

• You will work mainly on weekends and holidays, sometimes during the week as well

• mostly be the first contact person for our guests 

• carry out entry controls

• provide support to those affected by discriminatory and/or cross-border experiences

• create a setting in which the guests feels comfortable

• work closely together with the awarenessteam and enforce our houserules

Your profile

You are...

• experienced in de-escalating conflict resolution, anti-discriminatory language
• experienced with nightlife work
• highly resilient
• communicative, tolerant and a team player
• fit in German and English
• sporty
• if possible you even have a 34a security licence

Artist Logistics Manager (all genders)

As our team is growing and we want to further professionalise ourselves, we are looking for a Artist Logistics Manager (all genders) as soon as possible!

• Part-time, Fixed term contract

• You are the central contact point for artists, management, agencies & promoters and take care of the management and organisation of the entire logistics of booked and performing artists at Club RSO Berlin.

• This includes among other things travel coordination (flights, transport, etc.), organisation of the required technical equipment (tech riders), reservation and booking of accommodation, correspondence with involved service providers, etc.
