Known by her artistic moniker RUIZ OSC1, Erika Andrea Murcia Ruiz hails from Bogotá, Colombia, establishing herself as a prominent Latin DJ and producer. Influenced greatly by her mother, a revered music purveyor specializing in salsa, merengue, and traditional Colombian folklore from the late 80s to early 90s, RUIZ OSC1's music embodies a high-speed, flawless, and seductive blend of techno infused with folkloric grooves. To launch RSO season three, PROXIMITY, we come together with Berlin-based crew HEISSS. Saturday’s PRXMTY hosted side of the weekender sees artists like The Advent and KHIDI’s Neux on the ROBUS floor along with the SUMME floor being helmed by KHIDI’s L.F.T., Italy’s Nite Fleit and Ilian Tape’s Stenny. On Sunday noon, HEISSS takes over the ROBUS floor with Berlin’s Disguised, Bjarki and a b2b from Blue Hour and Alpha Tracks along with many more.

Engulfing himself in the underground music scene since the early 90's, Tommy Lexxus is no slouch when it comes to production and performance. From the heyday of Math Rock, Post Metal, and Third Wave Ska, to the prologues of Drum & Bass & Dubstep, he has always kept his record crates very diverse, and full of bass weight. The UK’s Drum & Bass duo Gest hosts the second edition of their Thursday night invite series with Tommy Lexxus, Gyrofield, ED:IT, PRTCL and Sancta.

Exploring the intersections of music and visual art, Löhlein expresses his intimately sexy tracks through unforgiving DJ sets including in Stuttgart’s scene where he’s a resident DJ at Lehmann Club. on April 19th, VOXNOX returns to the RSO compound with Miss Bashful x DBBD, CLTX, Dexphase, Raphael Dincsoy, Hard Candy, David Löhlein and more.

Founded by Anetha in 2019, Mama told ya is a label designed as a platform for research, experimentation and new mixtures. The ambition: to get each artist out of their comfort zone, including Anetha. Free and assuredly uninhibited, the label reserves the right to evolve where it wants, following its desires and encounters. It is not afraid to live with its time, and to project itself into an unknown future. On April 20th, we unite with Mama told ya for a classic RSO weekender featuring invited artists UFO95, VEL, Mac Declos, Anetha, and many more on the ROBUS floor, alongside performances by Baraka, Dasco, Surf 2 Glory, and IN2STELLAR on the PRXMTY hosted SUMME floor.

Josey Rebelle, a London-based DJ, is hailed as a genre-defying force on dancefloors worldwide and lauded as a UK music scene icon. Despite eschewing social media, Josey's dedication to her craft has solidified her reputation as a DJ whose passion and authenticity speak volumes, establishing her as a true luminary in the scene. On Friday, April 26th, Josey Rebelle joins Grounded Theory who hosts its 59th edition together with invites The Grid’s Matrixxman, Rex Club’s Tauceti, Mutual Rytm affiliated Sera J and co-founder Henning Baer on the ROBUS along with Selected’s Caiva and Frederic. going b2b all night long on the SUMME floor.

Jochem Paap (the Rotterdam artist owes the nickname Speedy J to his DJ skills) is unanimously considered to be one of the first techno producers to come from the Benelux. The STOOR label boss is considered to together with people like Laurent Garnier, Aphex Twin and Richie Hawtin, have helped raising the genre just after it had escaped the Detroit delivery room. On April 27th, we close out the month’s program our PRXMTY weekender featuring artists like Euromantic’s Repro, RSO resident Xiorro, Netherlands’ Laura Van Hal and many more on the ROBUS floor along with Fast Forwards’ Ezy, Copenhagen’s Kasper Marott and BunkerBauer’s Ida Engelhardt on the SUMME floor.
